Intelligent Assembly Line Batch Production

A 250,000 square meter intelligent production base has successively introduced (imported automatic metal processing center for cutting sheets, robotic welding UV production line, HOMAG automatic production lines) first-class international furniture production equipment from Germany, Italy, and other countries, and is currently achieving informatization and automated intelligent manufacturing. The testing center has passed the national-level CNAS laboratory accreditation, ensuring the optimal quality of the products.

Intelligent Panel Production Line

Fully integrated with the ERP system, it achieves paperless operations from drawing design and order processing to production, effectively saving manpower and significantly improving work efficiency and productivity.

Intelligent Wood Spraying Line

Through infrared flow leveling and microwave drying technology, it achieves the spraying of wooden products. It has the advantages of intelligent sensing, rapid color change, good spraying quality, and fast coating speed, enabling a rapid improvement in the efficiency of coating operations.

Metal Processing Line

Intelligent metal processing lines composed of CNC punching machines, laser cutting machines, CNC pipe bending machines, and other equipment are used for surface treatment in automated electrostatic powder coating production lines. The powder coating is evenly distributed, with stable film thickness, strong adhesion, smooth surface, and wear resistance.

Sustainable Development

Central Dust Removal System

Rapidly collects fine particulate matter such as dust generated during industrial production. The concentration of dust particles in the workshop is 2 mg/m³, far superior to national standards.

Solar Battery

Electricity is generated by direct sunlight shining on solar panels, which then charge storage batteries to supply power for factory machinery and equipment.
